Description

Easy action bathroom mortice lock for use on wooden hinged doors. Fully compliant with DDA requirements. CE Marked door lock Fire rated to BS EN 1634-1:2000 & Performance rated to BS EN 12209. Inside - deadbolt thrown by lifting lever handle to vertical position and withdrawn by returning to the horizontal. Latchbolt withdrawn by depressing lever handle. Outside - Latchbolt operated by lever handle. Deadbolt withdrawn by emergency release. Supplied with striker plate and fixing screws. Finishes stainless steel (SS) or satin brass (SB). Other finishes available.

Operation

Inside - deadbolt thrown by lifting lever handle to vertical position and withdrawn by returning to the horizontal. Latchbolt withdrawn by depressing lever handle. Outside - Latchbolt operated by lever handle. Deadbolt withdrawn by emergency release

Pierced to accept 38mm centre diagonally opposed bolt through fixing furniture adjacent to latchbolt follower and 38mm centre horizontally opposed bolt through fixing furniture adjacent to deadlock follower
